1 medium zucchini, quartered and cut into 1/2 inch slices
2 T olive oil
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp sesame seeds
2 T Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
In a large bowl toss the zucchini with the olive oil, sesame oil, sesame seeds, Parmesan, cayenne, and garlic salt. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes until lightly browned.
