1 round steak (run thru tenderizer)
salt and pepper each piece.
flour
oil for frying.

Have meat market at HEB run steak thru tenderizer or buy cube steaks. salt and pepper,
dredge in flour on both sides. Put 1 inch of oil in
skillet. Turn temperature to medium or medium-low.
Fry until light brown then turn to other side. and do
same.

Now make that gravy. Yum I have eaten a ton of this. Nana use to chicken fry T-bone steaks. You talk about tender and good.
