1 tube of original Bob Evans sausage
4 oz. cream cheese
Large pkg. of whole mushrooms with stems out
1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Take sausage out of tube, brown in skillet on medium heat. (Break into small pieces with spatula while browning.) Add the cream cheese and mix into sausage until melted. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Sprinkle mushrooms with bread crumbs. Bake in a 9 x 13 dish for 30 minutes at 350º or until crumbs are brown.
