1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
3 jalapeņos, chopped
3 banana peppers, chopped
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lbs. hot sausage
2 pkg. mild chili seasoning
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1 cup water
1/3 cup pickled jalapeņos and juice
1 (14.5 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 can beer
5 large cans chili hot beans with juice
5 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. sugar

In 2 tablespoons butter, saute onion, green pepper, jalapeņos and banana peppers. Add ground beef and sausage; brown and drain. Add chili seasoning, water, pickled jalapeņos and juice. Next add stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, beer, beans with juice and spices. Cook until bubbly. Turn off head and cover 30 minutes before serving.
