16 slices white bread, cut off crust and cube
3/4 lbs. cubed ham or bacon
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 cup swiss cheese, grated
6 eggs
3 cups milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup melted butter

Grease 9x13-inch baking pan. Preheat oven to 375º. Spread half of bread cubes in pan. Add ham or cooked bacon and both cheeses. Cover with rest of bread cubes, spreading evenly. mix eggs, milk and dry mustard in bowl and beat by hand. Pour over the mixture and refrigerate overnight. Combine cornflakes and butter; spread over only before baking. Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
