1 tsp salt
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsps vinegar.

2. Refrigerate several hrs. or overnight so flavors can mix or blend.
3. Form into patties(1/2 cup size and freeze individually so you can use when needed)

Chorizo is Mexican sausage- generally used at breakfast time scrambled with potatoes and eggs and served on a flour tortilla. The chorizo is so greasy in the ones you buy. This is easy to make
and you know what's in it. Joanie in Del Rio thought chorizo was made out of pig lips and such.
