1 lb ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 cup minced green pepper
1 can Kidney beans
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. Oregano
1 can beer
2 16oz can tomatoes
1 8oz can tomato paste
2 tsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic minced
Sour cream
Chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown beef, stirring to break into bits. Season with salt. Add onion and green pepper; cook until vegetables are tender. Blend in spices and add beer. Stir in tomatoes and kidney beans. Mix throughly. Bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
