Ingredients:  
2 lbs. Italian Sausage (browned)and cut into serving sizes
1 large or 2 small onions coarsely chopped
4-6 bell peppers – any variety cut into strips
Potatoes – either peeled or skin on – cut into 3 in. chunks
Minced Garlic to taste
Salt, pepper, basil to taste
1 jar of chopped sun dried tomatoes in olive oil – do not drain
1 large can of chopped tomatoes

THERE IS NO WAY TO MESS THIS UP. Just put all ingredients in large casserole dish, mix together well, cover and cook at 350 for 2 to 3 hours.

Boneless chicken breast cut into large strips
Chunks of steak
Whole basil leaves
