Pumpkin Bread Recipe

1 1/2 Cups of Sugar
1/2 Oil
2 Beaten Eggs
1 Small can of Pumpkin (1 lb.)
1 1/2 Cups of Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg (opt)
1/2 teaspoon Allspice
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
1/3 Cup water

Combine sugar, oil, eggs, and pumpkin. Mix dry ingredients then add to pumpkin mixture. Add water. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes. Check with toothpick in center.
