1 - 2 3/4 0z pk shake -n- bake seasoning
coated mix for chicken
4 unpeeled potatoes cut into wedges
butter or margarine

Preheat oven to 325 .degrees. pour coating mix and 1 1/2 tsp. salt in the bag dip potatoes wedges in butter shake potatoes in the bag. few at a time. till coated. place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees. for 60 minutes.
