1 frozen fish
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup finely dry bread crumbs.
1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Thaw Fish if frozen if using fillets .blocks cut blocks into 3 to 4 pieces. dip fish into beaten eggs then roll in bread crumbs place coated fish in a well greased shallow baking dish season with salt and pepper combine melted butter and lemon juice over fish bake in 500 degrees. oven until golden brown and fish flakes. when tested with a fork allow 5 to 6 minutes for each 1/2 inch thickness.
