*SAUCE*
1 onion chopped
3 T. fat
1 #2 can (2 1/2 c.) tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 c. water
1 T. sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion in hot fat till golden, add tomato, tomato paste, water, sugar, salt, pepper, bay leaf.
Cook slow for 1 hour.
