1/2 cup butter
1 cup boiling water
1 cup flour
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Put butter and boiling water in a sauce pan. Heat until thoroughly melted. Add flour, all at once. and stir vigorously. Cook until mixture is thick and smooth and does not stick to side of pan; stir constantly so it will not burn. Place mixture in mixing bowl and thoroughly beat in one egg at a time.
3. Drop by rounded tbsp on a greased baking sheet 1-1/2" apart. Bale for 35 , minutes . When cool make a small opening and fill with favorite filling, sweetened cream or ice cream.
