1 1/4 cups dried cherries, chopped
2 Tablespoons water
2 pkgs. (12 oz. each) white chocolate morsels
6 (2 oz. each) vanilla bark coating squares
1 1/4 cups chopped green pistachios

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave cherries and 2 tablespoons water in a small glass bowl on HIGH 2 minutes; drain.

Melt morsels and bark coating in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat; stir in cherries and pistachios. Spread into a wax paper-lined 15x10-inch jelly roll pan.

Chill 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces, and store in an airtight container.
