- 1 bag Bird's Eye white pearl onions ( 1 lb)
-3 tbsp olive oil
-3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Scatter onions on aluminum foil lined baking pan
- Drizzle olive oil & balsamic vinegar
- Roast for 30 minutes or till tender
- Serve topped over pork, beef or chicken
