2 eggs
1 cup milk
3 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 1/2 cups shredded hashbrowns
1 cups cooked bacon
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. ground mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Brown potatoes and place single layer in greased 9 X 13 dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard and pour over bacon. Cover and bake on 350 for 1 hour. Uncover, and bake 15 minutes lover or until edges are brown and knife in center comes out clean.
