3. cup light mayo (NO miracle whip)
4. 2 TBSP lemon juice
5. tsp. ground cumin
6. tsp. salt
7. 1 & tsp Tabasco (more if you want)
8. cup thinly sliced carrots
9. 2 TBSP finely chopped cilantro leaves
10. cup diced red bell pepper
11. cup chopped green onion

Blend ingredients 2-7
Toss with chicken & veggies & cilantro
Serve in pita pockets with avocado slices & lettuce leaves.
