3. ¼ cup light mayo (NO miracle whip)
4. 2 TBSP lemon juice
5. ½ tsp. ground cumin
6. ½ tsp. salt
7. 1 & ½ tsp Tabasco (more if you want)
8. ½ cup thinly sliced carrots
9. 2 TBSP finely chopped cilantro leaves
10. ¼ cup diced red bell pepper
11. ¼ cup chopped green onion

Blend ingredients 2-7
Toss with chicken & veggies & cilantro
Serve in pita pockets with avocado slices & lettuce leaves.
