4 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. Sour Cream (low fat works fine)
Heat together until smooth and thoroughly heated. Add 1 1/2 - 2 cups (more if preferred) deboned chicken, cut into small cubes/pieces. Mix together and keep heated during serving. This recipe is enough to serve 8-10

Chinese Noodles (chow mein noodles)
Rice (white rice or minute rice works well)
Sauce (recipe above)
Tomatoes, chopped
Celery, finely chopped or diced
Green Onions, chopped
Swiss Cheese, grated
Cheddar Cheese, grated
Sauce (yes, again)
Mandarin oranges, drained
Pineapple Tidbits, drained
Coconut
Cashews or Almonds (or both)
*Encourage guests to try all choices, but do not take too much because it is very filling.

This is a great recipe to serve to large crowds. A friend of mine makes this every year @ Glorieta. She doubles the recipe & it's ALWAYS a favorite!
