6 eggs or 1 ½ egg substitutes
1 ½ cups milk, can be skim or any other
¼ cup sugar
2 TBSP orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon salt
Cinnamon (optional)
10 – 12 thickly sliced bread

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients expect bread slides. Dip bread in the egg mix, coating both sides. Place on heated griddle & cook until golden. Turn & cook opposite side until golden. Serve immediately with your favorite topping.

This is my sweet husbands recipe. We eat it without syrup & it's amazing! Suggested toppings: maple syrup, bananas, strawberry sauce, syrup, or try granola sprinkled on top.
