8 oz. thinly shredded cabbage
1 lb. ground pork
14 c. chopped green onion
1 tsp. fresh ginger
Dash white pepper
2 tbsp white wine
1 tsp corn starch
Wonton wrappers

PLUM SAUCE
3/4 jar plum jam
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp blown sugar
1 tbsp minced onion (diced)
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp ground ginger

POT STICKERS
Mix cabbage with pork (uncooked), onion, ginger, & pepper. Mix together 1 tbsp white wine & 1 tsp corn starch. Mix into pork. Fill wonton wrappers with 1 tbsp per wonton. Seal edges with cornstarch & water mixture.
In a non-stick or cast iron skillet (or wok) HEAT 1/2 tbsp oil in skillet. Fry dumpling 2 mins on each side on medium-high heat. Add 1/2 c. water to skillet. Cover & steam 6 mins. or until water is gone.
SAUCE In pan over medium heat, combine all together. Bring to boil while stirring constantly. Remover from heat & serve.
SERVE with cup dipping sauce, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tbsp of rice wine vinegar, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
