1 bag (12 oz) fresh cranberries
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. apple juice
1/4 c. minced red onion
2 tbsp butter
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place cranberries, sugar, apple juice, red onion and butter in a medium saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil over Medium-High heat. Reduce heat to Medium-Low; simmer mixture, uncover, until cranberries begin to pop open.
3. Stir in chopped apples and BBQ sauce. Return to a boil and simmer 5-7 mins. Let cool; then cover and chill at least 24 hours before serving.

This recipe can be made and stored in the refrigerator up to 3 days in advance. This is another recipe my hubby made for Thanksgiving & was a big hit! He also found this one from our grocery store (HEB).
