-3/4 stick of butter
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 pint of sour cream
-12oz. blue (bleu) cheese
-1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
-3 cloves of garlic-crushed
-chopped fresh parsley
-freshly cooked rice

Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Grease 9X13 dish
- Melt butter in skillet
- Brown chicken about 4 minutes per side
-Put in 9X13
-Combine sourcream, bleu cheese, worcestershire & garlic in small bowl
-Spoon evenly over chicken

-Bake uncovered about 40 minutes
-Serve over rice and sprinkle with parsley
