1 lb. lean ground pork
10 slices smoked bacon finely diced
1 medium onion finely diced
1 clove garlic
1 cup long grain rice
dash worcheshire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Ensure the mixture is loose, adding additional water if required.

Use sweet or sour cabbage. Roll cabbage rolls and put in a dutch oven. Cover with a large can of tomatoes and enough water to come up halfways in the dutch oven. Add a heavy plate to keep cabbage rolls from floating up.

Cook on stove top for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours on medium heat.
