1 litro de leche
1 libra de azucar
4 astillas de canela
Directions:
Directions:
Ponga en una olla la leche y la canela y deje que hierva, retire la canela y anada el azucar. Cocine a fuego lento sin dejar de mover hasta que se vea el fondo de la olla.
Coloque en un molde rectangular y deje enfriar, tape con papel plastico y refrigere, luego parta en cuadros.
