2 gal. skinned ripe tomatoes
1 stalk celery cut fine
6 onions cut fine

Mix together and add:

1 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. salt
1/4 c. sugar

Boil ingredients together for 3 minutes. Cook, put into freezer containers and freeze.
