Compra los Discos en Publix en la parte de congelados en productos latinos marca Goya o cualquier marca, carne molida a tu gusto, o pollo, o inclusive mozarella con guayaba, el disco es de harina tamano de una tortilla.

Directions:
Colocas en el la carne y lo cerras y luego con un tenedor sellas las orillas y lo vertis en aceite bien caliente lo sofreis por los dos lados y los acompanas con una ensalada de repollo al gusto.
