Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
4 eggs
1 c. boiling water
3 1/4 oz. Lemon Instant Pudding
3/4 c. Crisco salad oil

1 c. powdered sugar
2 T. lemon juice (or 2 T. milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together and beat for 5 min. Pour into a greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake 300º for 65 min. Let cool for 25 min., then remove from pan. Prick cake with a fork. Stir the powdered sugar with the lemon juice until well blended, then pour over the cake. Let it drizzle down the sides.

This recipe can also be done with a deluxe Devil's Food Cake Mix, 1 pkg. of chocolate instant pudding and only 1/2 c. Crisco oil. Make the glaze with 2 T. cocoa, 1 T + 2 tsp. of water, 1 T. oil and 1 T. corn syrup. Cook over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat and beat in 1 c. of powdered sugar. Drizzle over cake.
