1 lb Hamburger meat
1 onion chopped
green pepper diced
garlic powder to taste
salt and pepper to taste
3 handful rolled oats
1 egg
a bit of rice
steak spice
Directions:
Directions:
Make into Balls and Bake at 350 degrees. for 30 to 35 minutes. on a cookie sheet. put in casserole dish.
Sauce ;
2/3 cup sugar 1/4 cup vinegar
1/3 cup ketchup 2 tsp cornstarch
1 cup cold water 1 pinch salt

Boil first 4 ingredients and thicken with cornstarch. pour over meatballs and Bake for 2 hours at 300 degrees.
