5 lb 80/20 ground beef
1 cup Italian flavored bread crumbs
10 eggs
1 cup grated Romano cheese
1 T salt
1 Tsp black pepper
1 T garlic powder
2 T parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl add ground beef, eggs, Romano cheese, bread crumbs and seasonings. Mix well. Using an ice cream scooper. Scoop meat onto a cookie sheet and roll each ball until a consistent, firm ball is formed. Bake in oven 350 degrees for 20 minutes. When cooled, immediately remove meatballs from cookie sheet and add to sauce. Simmer sauce for 1 hour.

Meatballs must be rolled tight or they will fall apart in the sauce. Wetting your hands lightly before rolling each ball will give your meatballs a nice smooth texture.
