1 lb navy beans ( soak all night and par-boil next day)
1/2 c molasses
1/2 c brown sugar or maple syrup
1/2 c ketchup
1/4 c cider vinegar
1 large onion
1-11/2 t dry mustard
2 pieces salt pork ( about 1/2 lb)

Cook in oven 325º-350º for half day, or in a crock pot all day.
