4 to 6 small potatoes, diced
1 (16/20 oz.) bag of frozen california vegetables
1/2 cup of small onion, diced
2 quarts of water
1 lb. of velveeta
1 small bag of noodles, i like to use egg noodles ot bow tie noodles
2 cans of cream of chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes, water and onion in a pan and boil for about 20 minutes.
Then add all other ingredients.
Stir frequently.
Serve and enjoy.

Thickens more the longer it sets, like overnight.
Might serve with bread or rolls.
I prefer to cook this the day before and then stick it in the crockpot while we are all gone so when we get home all i have to do is cook the rolls and dinner is ready..
