1 cup oil
2 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 cup nuts, chopped
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and beat well; stir in bananas. Add buttermilk alternating with dry ingredients. Mix well; stir in nuts. Bake in greased and floured tube pan or 2 loaf pans at 325º F for 1 hour or until done.
