Scrub beets well until tender. Take 3 cups of beet water and add 1 grape "Freshie or Kool Aid package of the powdered juice and add 1 package of powdered Certo. Bring to a hard rolling boil. Add 4 cups of sugar. boil hard 1 minute. Skim and bottle.
