4 Cups peeled and sliced cooking apples.
1 Tbsp. lemon juice.
1/3 Cup flour.
1 Cup uncooked quick 1 minute-oats.
1/2 Cup packed brown sugar.
1/2 tsp. Salt.
1 tsp. cinnamon.
1/3 Cup melted butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine dry ingredients; add melted butter and mix all together until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375º for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
