1 (3 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces. (I use 3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts)
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. curry
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

1. Poke holes in chicken if using chicken breasts and marinate in sauce for 1 hour
2. Preheat oven to 350º F
3. Bake 30 minutes covered and 20 minutes uncovered. If using a cut up whole chicken, bake for 1 1/4 hours, basting every 15 minutes with pan drippings, until the chicken is nicely browned and tender and the juices run clear.
