16 oz corn (drained)
4.25 oz. chopped olives
1 sweet red pepper
1 small onion
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/3 cup olive oil
cup lemon juice
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. dried oregano
tsp. pepper & salt
2 avocado, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn, olives pepper and onion.
Mix everything from garlic through salt & pepper.Stir together and pour over corn mixture. Refrigerate over night.
Just before serving add two avocados.
