Artichoke Tortilla Bites Recipe

3 green onions -- finely chopped
14 oz artichoke hearts, drain & finely chop
8 oz cream cheese
1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c crumbled feta cheese
1 Tbsp basil
8 - 8" flour tortillas
8 oz roasted red sweet peppers, drain & cut in strips

Combine onion, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan, feta & basil.
Divide and spread onto 8 tortillas.
Top with pepper strips, roll tightly, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Unwrap and slice each into 8 to 10 pieces.
Serve cold or warm in a 350* oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

Can use low fat cream cheese, feta cheese and tortillas.
