2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in pot on medium heat on the stove and add margarine. When melted add flour and mix to make a smooth paste. Add milk and stir. Occasionally stir while cooking as it might burn.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I put this in my 8 cup measuring cup and melt margarine, then add flour and stir to make a paste. I add the milk and after stirring again I cook it for another 2 1/2 minutes stir again. Continue to
cook to the right consistency.
