4 c chicken -- cook & cube
10 ¾ oz. cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream or plain yogurt
3/4 c mayonnaise
2 ribs celery -- chopped
3 hard cooked eggs -- chopped
1 can water chestnuts -- drained and chopped
4 oz mushrooms -- drained
1 Tbsp onion -- finely chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 c cheddar cheese -- shredded
1/2 c crushed cornflakes
2 Tbsp butter -- melted
1/4 c sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first 12 ingredients.
Transfer to greased 13 x 9" baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Toss cornflakes with butter; sprinkle over cheese.
Top with almonds
Bake uncovered at 350* 25 - 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
