Ingredients:  
1 cup navy beans (soak overnight)
6 cups water
5 slices bacon cut up
1 med onion, chopped
1 cup diced potatoes
1 cup diced celery
1 cup shredded carrots
1 can beef consommé or beef broth
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tblsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bacon & onions (may use diced ham chucks also), add beans with water they soaked in and the 6 cups of water. Simmer one hour. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Add flour and milk last. Simmer. Can be frozen.
