salt and pepper to taste
Chicken base

Noodles
4 cups four
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
4-5 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, cover chicken with water; add salt, pepper. Cook 45 minutes until chicken is done. Add chicken base for desired flavor. Cool chicken and break into pieces. Return chicken pieces to broth.

Noodles
In mixing bowl, combine flour and salt, form hole in middle of mixture and add eggs and water. Mix to combine thoroughly. Knead on floured surface to make medium-stiff dough. Allow to stand for awhile (dough rolls better after standing). Roll out dough thin on lightly floured suface. Cut into noodles and let dry.

Drop noodles into boiling chicken broth and cook until tender. Serve immediately.
