32 oz Frozen Hash Browns (thawed and drained)
1 pint of sour cream
1 stick of butter melted
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup chopped onion
8-10 oz of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together
9x13 greased dish (Pam)
add topping (1/2 stick of melted butter, 1 sleeve of crushed Ritz..crush Ritz in ziplock bag and add melted butter to coat crumbs)
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until browned and bubbly
