Ground Beef
White Onion
Garlic
Bag o cole slaw mix
Soy sauce
Black pepper, salt
Veg or olive oil
Egg roll wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown Beef and drain off juice
2. Add chopped crushed garlic to taste
3. Add lg white onion (diced finely)
4. Pinch of salt
5. Chop the cole slaw mix more finely and add that
6. Stir fry all of the above add soy sauce and black pepper to taste (I haven't put exact measurements because there really aren't any, if you like more cabbage/carrots add more slaw mix if you like more meat use more of that...whatever your tastes and however you want to make)
7. Let cool
8. Drain off excess juice
9. Moisten edges of egg roll wrappers with hot water
10. Place 1.5 tsp of the meat/cabbage mix on the wrapper
11. Roll tightly 1/2 way then fold corners in and roll the rest of the way
12. Fry egg rolls in shallow oil over medium heat
13. let cool
14. Eat them plain or with Duck sauce
15. Smile because they are so tasty!
