1 1/2 lb.pork cut into cubes
1 medium onion chopped
1 tbsp.vegetable oil
2 tbsp.brown sugar
2 tbsp.cornstarch
1 green pepper cut into strips
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
3/4 cup pineapple tidbits
1 tbsp ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork, onion in vegetable oil.
combine sugar, cornstarch,salt and pepper.
add vinegar, soy sauce,ketchup, syrup, drained pineapple.
add the mixture to pork and cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thicken cover and simmer.
for 1 hour. over low heat add pineapple tidbits and green peppers
cook for 5 minutes add Chinese vegetables and mushrooms if you desired
