Graham wafer pie crust
3 eggs separated
1 can eagle brand milk
1/2 c real lime juice
few drops of green food coloring
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1/3 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat egg yolks, stir in milk, lime juice, and food coloring. Turn into pie shell. Beat off whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form gradually adding sugar. Beat until stiff not dry. spread on top of pie. Bake 12-15 min until golden brown. Cool. Chill before serving.
*for a lighter filling, fold 1 stiffly beaten egg white into filling
