1 1/2 lb round steak sliced
3 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 minced clove garlic
1 tbsp oil
1 med green pepper sliced
2 c sliced mushrooms
6 green onions
1/2 c beef broth
1 tsp cornstarch
2 med tomatoes cut in wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soya sauce, 1 tbsp oil, and pepper. Add beef toss to coat well and let stand for several hours in fridge. Drain beef reserving marinade. In wok or skillet heat ginger and garlic in oil. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove beef and add green pepper, mushrooms and onions into wok. Cook and stir until veggies are crisp and tender. Return beef to wok. Combine reserved marinade with beef broth and cornstarch. Pour over beef and cook and stir till it thickens. Add tomatoes and cook until heated through.
serve with rice.
