2 1/2 dozen eggs

Brine
1 c water
3 c vinegar
1 c sugar
1-2 tsp pickling spice (put spice in cheese cloth)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring eggs to boil (add vinegar to water), shut off and cover. Let stand for 20 min. Drain and place in cold water.
Brine:
boil brine to a good boil. Once boiling turn down and simmer for 15 min. Add peeled eggs and simmer in brine for 15 min.
Add onions to bottom of jars, put eggs in and then pour the brine.
Let sit for 3-4 days (the longer the better)
