2 Zuccini already peel out and chopped in little wheels. (round)
Stir Fry Sauce
Italian Seasoning
Black Pepper
1 White Onion Chopped
4 garlic cloves already chopped
3 teaspoons of oil
Soy Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Set a Pan and put the fire on high.
Put the oil in the pan and start putting the garlic in. Let them fry for 1 minute, and then the zuccini, let them fry for about 6 minutes. Mix it with the galic, so now you are ready for the seasoning. Put some Italian Seasoning and some Pepper in as you like, then put the Soy Sauce and let it cook for 3 minutes. At the end put the Stir Fry Sauce in and let sit in Fire #4 until it gets brown.

DO NOT OVER COOK THEM.
Because the Zuccini gets mushy when you over cook it, so be alert on it. Do not cut it so thin, cut it a little bit thick (rasonable).
you can eat it with white rice and Shrimp in Garlic Sauce.
