Directions:
Heat water for noodles. Slice steak 1/4 inch thick and 1 1/2 - 2 inches long. Put in bowl with snap on lid or paper bag. Add spices and flour. Shake to coat meat. Pick meat out of flour mixture. Keep flour! Melt butter in dutch oven. Fry meat until browned. Add water and bouillon and mushrooms. Bring meat mixture to boil. Put noodles in boiling water. Simmer meat until noodles are done. Drain noodles. Stir 3 tbsp flour left from coating meat into tomatoes. Add tomatoes and paprika to meat and heat until thickened. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream. Stir in noodles.
