2 tbsp butter (NOT margarine!)
2 chicken breasts or chicken stir fry strips cut in 1/2 inch cubes
1 tsp poultry seasoning (or sage, thyme, rosemary mix)
3 cans chicken broth
1 can Chunky Chicken with Wild Rice Soup
8 - 10 baby carrots, cut in small pieces
1 can wild rice
1 can mushrooms (yup, I put mushrooms in everything! If you don't like it, leave them out!)
1/2 package wide homemade style noodles

Dumplings
1 1/2 cup flour
2 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, milk, salt. Stir in flour and baking powder. Will be stiff like bread dough.

Melt butter in dutch oven. Fry chicken and seasoning until chicken is cooked through. Add broth, carrots, wild rice, mushrooms, and soup. Bring to boil. While waiting for boil, mix up dumplings. Break noodles in small pieces and stir into soup. Boil 5 minutes. Drop spoonfuls of dumplings onto soup. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
